Ramrod Scientific offers the following services:
A. Service Contracts
We offer two basic types of service contracts. The first type is for service only. In this contract, parts that are not repairable on site at the time of service can be repaired or replaced at an additional cost. This contract covers quarterly service visits, inspection protocols, and all emergency services as needed on your complete system. In addition we can include helium fills with your service contract. The base price for this service is around $7,000.00 for any Bruker AC, AM, or AMX system.
The second type is a full service contract, which includes all parts, labor and services listed in type one. The cost for this is usually around $11,000 per year for most Bruker AC, AM or AMX systems.
Both types of service contracts have the added advantage of receiving upgrades and parts from our inventory at cost. In addition, any item ordered from a third party vendor through us will be passed along to our service contract customers at cost.
B. Day Service
Our day service rate is $900 plus one day for travel depending on where our engineers are located. If they are in your area there is no travel charge.
We are a complete NMR service company and perform all types of services from helium fills, magnet recommissioning, console repair, refurbishing and upgrades to system moves and storage. We have qualified people to handle any of your NMR needs.
C. In house Repair
Ramrod Scientific has test beds set up to repair parts for your AC, AM, and AMX consoles. Our shop repair rates are most reasonable and our turn around time is extremely fast.
