Dear Scientist, Researchers, and Colleagues:

Although we have been around for many years, I would like to take this opportunity to introduce new viewers to Ramrod Scientific's web page.  Our mission is to provide intensive, quality service to select clientele.

With an emphasis on customer satisfaction, we provide priority scheduling, on-going technical advice and support, training, parts, and a full range of product services including remanufacturing, system moves, magnet recommissioning, system sales and upgrades, and more.

Our annual service contracts are 20-40% less than other service providers.  In addition to all emergency services we include four preventive maintenance inspections per year, with an emphasis on minimizing down time and increasing product usability.  Upgrades are passed along to our service contract customers at cost, and most of our east coast customers value our free helium fills included with their contracts.  All of our service plans are geared to fit each particular need.

Our main manufacturing building consists of more than 20,000 square feet with about one third under reconstruction for office space and training labs.  Because of the size of our building, we also offer short and long term storage of your NMR system and can arrange to completely refurbish and test your system prior to reinstall at your new site.  A virtual tour video is being planned for this web site but for now please feel free to visit us when your business takes you to Massachusetts.

At Ramrod Scientific, going the extra mile for our customers is the minimal standard.
